Responsibilities

Spiritual Growth Facilitator - Encourage and support fellow youth members in their spiritual growth and faith journeys. - Coordinate or participate in regular Bible studies, prayer meetings, and spiritual retreats.
Community Engagement and Outreach - Organize and participate in community service projects, outreach programs, and charity initiatives. - Showcase Christ's love through acts of kindness and compassion within the local community.
Youth Leadership and Empowerment - Take on leadership roles within the youth ministry, helping plan and execute events and activities. - Empower fellow youth by facilitating leadership development programs, workshops, and mentoring opportunities.
Fellowship and Relationship Building - Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the youth ministry where young individuals can build meaningful friendships. - Create platforms for open dialogue, support, and shared experiences among youth members.
Faith in Action Advocate - Encourage youth to put their faith into action by organizing and participating in evangelism and mission trips. - Inspire fellow youth to live out their Christian values in their daily lives, making a positive impact on the world around them.
