Rev. Dr. Joel Surendra, the Senior Pastor of The Winners’ Church, located in RR Nagar, Bangalore, India, is a visionary, dedicated and passionate servant of Christ with a profound impact on the lives of many. With a doctoral and a master’s degree, for more than a decade of ministry experience, he has touched countless hearts, transforming lives, and careers.

Rev. Joel Surendra serves as an esteemed Bishop of Bangalore within the CEFI Diocese, where he influences and provides guidance to hundreds of pastors under his care. He is also a pioneer in establishing Winners’ Bible College, where numerous pastors and lay leaders receive theological training and certification in various programs, including DTh, BTh, MDiv, MTh, all under the affiliation of Apollos Bible University. Additionally, he offers Government-recognized and certified ordination to several pastors, facilitating the spread of the Gospel and church ministry under CEFI Diocese.

Further extending his commitment to education and personal development, Rev. Joel Surendra runs Gospel International School, a place where students are nurtured with a winning mindset, aiming to achieve greatness in life.

Rev. Joel Surendra is married to Pastor Sheeba, who serves as the backbone of his family, ministry, and personal life. Together, they have an elder daughter, Joanna Suzanne, who is a final year student of Hotel Management and a son Jeremy Shiloh, currently studying in Std 9.

As a family, they wholeheartedly serve God, spreading love, warmth, and care to all those around them. The Winners’ Church is an extension of this loving family where everyone, more so the rejected, addicted, and those who feel like failures in society are wholeheartedly welcomed.
